Lentils readily absorb the flavours of the ingredients they are cooked with, making them super versatile. They’re great in endless dishes, including hearty meals & soups.
Directions: Rinse. Add 1 cup of lentils to 4 cups boiling water. Cover & simmer for 20-25 minutes, until tender.
