Be Nourished - Just Kraut Raw Sauerkraut
Traditional sauerkraut consisting of just cabbage and salt. This tangy, tasty kraut goes with just about anything.(Meat, fish, grains…) My favourite is on top of hot buttered sourdough or rice bread. Even better with a chunk of cheese as well.
The juice is a wonderful digestive tonic. It is also a great way to get probiotic bacteria into children who wont eat kraut. Simply stir a little juice into a bowl of soup or stew. Also great in place of vinegar or lemon in a salad dressing.
