This jar of tart zesty goodness is made with organically grown Ume plums, the Far Eastern equivalent of 'an apple a day'. They're simply pickled with Shiso leaves, and pureed into a delicious paste, without heat or chemicals. Use in dressings, spreads, sauces and more.
