
Chantal | Organic Tamari Soy Sauce / 300ml
A wheat-free variety of fermented soy sauce. Traditionally used in Japanese cuisine, tamari is darker in colour than shoyu with a rich, smooth and deep salty taste. It's an effective flavour enhancer and makes a tasty marinade for meat and vegetables, addition to stirfries and asian style rice dishes, and a dipping sauce for sushi.
