Golden Light Fair-trade organic sugar is made from 100% sugar cane. It is the first ‘crystallisation’ sugar which means the sugar cane is harvested, the juice is extracted, any field impurities are removed & it is then crystallised. Because it is far less processed than traditional white sugar, it retains a natural blonde colour & a delicious natural taste.
