Description: Sweet, dry corn. Selected by Alan Kapular in the mid 1970’s, this corn is a fascinating cross between a large white seeded Peruvian variety, multicoloured southwest (USA) native corns and heirloom sweet corn. 20cm long cobs which increase in colour as they mature. Great as sweet corn, roasting corn and dry corn. Outstanding cultivar!

Planting Instructions: Scatter sow seeds into trays and transplant when 3.5cm high and soil temperatures reach 15-16 degrees C. Plant at 30cm apart in rows 50cm apart, deeply to cover leaves, and if necessary cover from birds.
